Our ISO certifications
ISO 14001
To oversee our environmental performance, Recommerce Group has implemented an Environmental Management System based on the ISO 14001:2015 standard. This system has been certified since 2014 and undergoes annual audits by the certification body DNV GL.
ISO 9001
Since 2018, Recommerce Group has been ISO 9001 certified for its Quality Management System, acknowledging our ongoing efforts towards continuous improvement. This aims to offer services and products that meet the expectations of our stakeholders (customers, suppliers, partners) while also managing the environmental impact of our activities.
ISO 27001
To ensure the security of our information system, Recommerce Group has established an Information Security Management System in accordance with the ISO 27001:2013 standard. Achieving this certification since December 2022 showcases our commitment and ability to ensure the availability, confidentiality, and security of our clients' personal data.
Recommerce Group is awarded the RecQ Label, Verified by DEKRA Certifications
Recommerce Group has been awarded the RecQ Label, the first European label ensuring refurbishment processes' quality. The label is the result of 7 years of collaborative work between Rcube, the Reuse Federation assesses over 75 criteria across the refurbishment value chain, from purchase to resale, and is verified by Dekra Certifications.
