How does a fleet buyback work?

Étape N°2 : L’offre vous satisfait ? Préparez l’envoi et pensez à bien réinitialiser vos téléphones mobiles. Nous organisons la collecte de vos mobiles à nos frais. Nous demandons seulement de les protéger du transport en les conditionnant dans des cartons en bon état avec du papier bulle (60 mobiles maximum par carton)

Étape N°3 : À la réception de votre envoi, Recommerce évalue la valeur réelle et définitive de rachat de vos anciens produits. Ils seront nettoyés, testés et expertisés. Les données sont entièrement effacées avant le traitement. Un certificat de suppression de données et un compte rendu de l’état de chaque appareils.

Étape N°4 : Sous 30 jours, Recommerce vous adresse le montant convenu que vous pouvez alors utiliser pour financer de nouveaux téléphones, accessoires ou services mobiles ! Un bilan RSE, valorisant l’économie de CO2 effectuée grâce à l’acte de reprise, vous sera également adressé.
Which devices are eligible for buyback?
The devices eligible for buyback include a variety of electronic equipment such as mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. All mobiles, whether functional or not, are accepted.
How is the payment for the devices handled?
The payment process for the devices is organized in several steps. After carrying out the necessary tests, Recommerce sends out a call for invoices indicating the final buy-back amount, both inclusive and exclusive of tax. The administration’s treasurer then contacts the Treasury to issue a notice of sums payable corresponding to this defined amount. Once the notice has been issued, it is sent to our accounts department at fournisseurs@recommerce.com. Upon receipt of this notice by the accounting department, Recommerce will proceed with payment within 30 days.
What happens to the devices after processing?
Since 2010, Recommerce Group has been a key player in the repurchase, refurbishment, and distribution of electronic products. Recommerce’s collection and refurbishment processes are labeled RECQ “Quality Refurbishment”, the first European label guaranteeing the entire value chain of refurbishment and the quality of the final product, verified by DEKRA Certifications. Recommerce Solutions is also certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 by DNV consulting firm. In terms of environmental policy, the Group’s activity fits into the European strategy for end-of-life product management, known as the “3Rs”: Reduce waste, promote Reuse of products, and facilitate their Recycling. This strategy is favored by the relevant European directives which call for “promoting the reuse of products and activities in preparation for reuse, particularly by encouraging the establishment and support of reuse and repair networks.” Functional and refurbished mobile phones find a second life with a new user, and non-functional mobiles are directed towards specialized channels to valorize all the raw materials of the product and safely dispose of waste according to the WEEE regulations.
