Following the successful rollout on the Galaxy S series, the Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip (generations N-1, N-2, N-3: series 7, 6, and 5) will now benefit from Recommerce's expertise and Samsung manufacturer standards.

With the integration of the Galaxy Z series, Samsung and Recommerce mark a major milestone for the refurbished market by meeting manufacturer refurbishment standards for foldable models.  

Consumers can now access the compactness of the Galaxy Z Flip and the performance of the Galaxy Z Fold refurbished by Recommerce using Samsung parts and tools, through major telecom operators, specialized retailers, and on Recommerce.com.

Launched in Spring 2026, this program meets growing consumer demand for sustainable and reliable devices. Within this framework, Recommerce guarantees excellence in refurbishment.  

Every device in the Galaxy Z range will benefit from this same high standard:  

• Over 100 check points using proprietary Samsung tools;  

• Genuine components and spare parts, and batteries guaranteed to have a minimum capacity of over 85%;  

• Device integrity, water resistance, and security guaranteed through the use of proprietary Samsung tools and software.  

Thanks to these high standards, the program has already achieved strong commercial success, with thousands of Galaxy S smartphones reintroduced to the market.
